I have been teaching special education since 2000 and have been at El Rancho since the start of my career. Prior to teaching, I worked as a counselor at a group home for adolescents. I earned my bachelor’s degree at Cal State Fullerton and had the opportunity to study abroad in Bristol, England in the last year of my degree. Afterwards, I attended National University and earned my teaching credential, and a Master of Science degree in Education. Outside of El Rancho, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I enjoy raising our daughter and two sons. We love the beach, the mountains, and just enjoying life together. What I am the most grateful about teaching, is that I get to wake up everyday and inspire students to reach their fullest potential.
