I was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to California when I was 10.  I attended Azusa Pacific University graduating with a degree in education as well as my Masters.  Before teaching I went into the business world for 4 yrs working in the fashion industry.  I then came to El Rancho, following a bunch of my family members who attended this school many years ago.  I have been teaching math at El Rancho for 6 years.  I met Mr. Jacobsen here, got married, and we are now expecting our first baby.  I love working out and might be somewhat addicted!  I enjoy running marathons and eating sweets!
