This is Mrs. Bell’s first year teaching Special Education at El Rancho.  However, she is not new to El Rancho. You might have seen her in the Attendance office where she has worked for the past 7 years. Mrs. Bell received her degree from Cal Poly Pomona and her teaching credential at National University. In her spare time, Mrs. Bell enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
